A broad rewrite to get rid of Devcontainers and standardize more workflow across our Odoo Projects into this CLI.

• Replaces Dev Container bootstrap with manifest-driven shared Git worktrees, generated editor configuration, and source materialization for production images.
• Separates runtime init, launch, and status. Initialization owns dependency checks, restore/bootstrap, module reconciliation, and hooks; downstream projects own Docker and service orchestration.
• Adds staged database/filestore restores, upgraded ZIP overlays, Odoo-major validation, recovery markers, and reusable development reset baselines.
• Uses native Odoo migrations for versioned repairs and phase-based hooks for module requests and environment configuration.
• Adds source-based Python dependency planning, official upgrade-client passthrough, Nginx static/attachment delivery, and progress reporting that works in captured logs.
• Reorganizes the CLI and documentation, assigns editor analysis to Vscode Odoo IDE, and strengthens wheel checks and release publication validation.

Breaking changes: legacy godoo source, bootstrap, launch, and shell interfaces move to the workspace, runtime, and db command groups.
