Ability to NOT Display Academic Term and Year for Certain Resources #7

For certain resources that are not associated with a particular academic term or year (e.g., Breast Cancer Detective, Dentistry's iTunes U Channel, etc.) we should be able to NOT display the academic term and year. Currently, there is now way to do this and term/year appears on all published courses and resources. (See attached.)

If a user chooses no academic year or term, the label "Term:" still shows up. This is a bug, not an enhancement.

this was issue was fixed a while back. should it be closed on GitHub?

Not that I'm aware of. "Term" is visible when "none" is selected.

Dave and I spoke. We do have resources that are cross-semester that do not
include the term in the URL. This issue can be closed. I don't have
permission to close it myself.
