[ ] new profile picture -> dto.
[x] update project and customer list -> as it happens ...
[x] text improvement: 2x "begeisterter", replace with "nachhaltiger"
[x] mention sustainability, website carbon claim, sustainability manifesto etc.
[x] replace meetup link with link to dev.to profile
[x] ++ "fractal" stack
[x] -- "shopware 5" stack
[x] add photo "on TV" (from NCA conf 21) to talks section (using srcset)
