Cellranger in mkfastq demux components needs to be upgraded from v6.1 to v7.0.1+

The cellranger image used in the latest release is using v6.1 of Cellranger, however this version of Cellranger is affected by the NovaSeq control software upgrade to v1.8.0. (10x issue)
