We might not need HLCA as well. I used it for tests in labels transfer component but in the new annotation components some PBMC dataset is used

I did a search, and I think the scarches tests uses HCLA, no?

@VladimirShitov I am going to merge this one when ready because we currently need this fix. But I will keep in mind your suggestions when I look at reducing the size of the test resources in the comming weeks :)
