How do i get the request url and request uri inside lua?

@hwongcom Just read ngx.var.request_uri for the latter. For the former, you can just read ngx.var.scheme and ngx.var.host. Basically you're just reading built-in nginx variables with the ngx.var API: https://github.com/openresty/lua-nginx-module#ngxvarvariable
