Inconsistency between specification and an example regarding "boxingallowed" field #3

Hi all,

I'm reading the OPENRTB API Specification Version 2.2 section 3.3.4 Video Object. I'm looking at the boxingallowed field which is integer with default value 1 and the description

If exchange publisher has rules preventing letter boxing of 4x3 content to play in a 16x9 window, then this should be set to false. Default setting is true, which assumes that boxing of content to fit into a window is allowed. “1” indicates boxing is allowed. “0” indicates it is not allowed.

Now I'm exploring the spotxchange example for Video Request for Multiple Impressions with a Private Deal and see that "boxingallowed": true,.

Could you clarify this moment please.
