LOG-7827: Vector pods keep raising 'Watcher Stream received an error' when networkPolicy.ruleSet is RestrictIngressEgress

Description

This PR adds 2 required ports for the networkPolicy when RestrictIngressEgress is the policy ruleset:

1. openshift-dns service named port: dns
2. kube-api server port: 6443

Also adds an E2E test to lokistack when the NetworkPolicy ruleset is RestrictIngressEgress.
