Fixed

  • Stop the Collection API and the dataset export from resetting the working tree and rewriting the commit-graph of the repositories they only read, which raced the tracker started at the same time and made either fail with commit-graph.lock: File exists
  • Read PDF versions and snapshots straight from the Git object database instead of temporarily restoring them in the working tree, which could make a concurrent tracker commit stale content
  • Fail with an explicit error when the Collection API or the dataset export opens a repository that does not exist yet, instead of silently querying the enclosing repository
