Use the resolved transcript strand exported by ORFdata when comparing Isovar ORF frames. Annotated CDSs and transcript-placed extra ORFs now retain orientation correctly; explicit unknown orientation stays unknown. Historical inputs without the field retain their existing behavior. Requires ORFdata >=0.42.1.
Validation: all 2,903 tests passed, final CI passed on Python 3.11–3.14 and supported dependency combinations, and the published wheel passed frame-orientation, invalid-value and replay checks. Published PyPI hashes match the annotated release tag.
