UI/UX: Explain to new users the different ways to add tracks

Now that we have a "add a track" call to action at the top of the stream, as a replacement of the old onboarding process...

... we should replace this basic alert ...

... by a clear explanation – with links – on how to add tracks on Openwhyd, e.g.:

• by reposting another user's track, found while navigating in stream (incl. /all and /hot) or searching
• by pasting in the search bar the YouTube URL of the track to add
• by using the bookmarklet (or chrome/browser extension) to pick a track from another web page
