UCI anonymous sections are hard to handle because it is not possible to add data to them.

We need to add a procedure that will rename any anonymous section.

Maybe allow at most one anonymous section?

@sheerun naming anonymous sections doesn't unallow to use the list syntax to access configuration items, so naming automatically every anonymous section should be good enough for our purposes
