The "experimental" statement should be removed #124

What needs fixing?
This repository is stated as experimental but in the latest version (1.38.x) of operator sdk we seem to use it: https://github.com/operator-framework/operator-sdk/blob/v1.38.x/internal/cmd/operator-sdk/cli/cli.go
So I think we can remove the "experimental" state and add a better introduction along with a proper heading.
