Can this be run as a step in openshift CI during the bundle install

I am wondering if this can be added to the step registry for openshift-ci such that we can add it to the upstream tests that we are gating PR's on? I

Then, I understand the tests/report should occurs agains a specific bundle and not the index image. But yes that is totally possible. I will be working on that and let you know.

Seems there was something that was merged that may have fixed this, going to close my issue.
