Create 'deprecated' condition for Subscription #3098
Description
As an OLM user, I would like an identifiable and consistent status condition to show that an installed Operator has been deprecated.
Acceptance Criteria:
- "Deprecated" status condition is created for later use in Add 'deprecated' condition to Subscription status #3099.
- Condition message will contain DeprecationEntry string as well as info about the deprecation level (package, channel, or bundle)
- Any relevant docs are updated
