Update migration guide #1359
Description
The guide for migrating from v0.0.x to v0.1.0, needs to be updated to reflect any additional changes that may have happened since the 0.1.0 release. Afterward, we should update the title to something like Migration Guide from v0.0.x to v0.x.0. The motivation for this is that users who decide to migrate their existing projects from 0.0.x will choose the latest release.
Maybe we should add a note to the release steps to double check anything major changed and reflect that in the migration guide.
