2. Click here in the first paragraph

What did you expect to see?

I expected to be taken to the section that tells me what to put into the Makefile as the paragraph suggests. I believe the link should be this:
https://sdk.operatorframework.io/docs/olm-integration/generation/#package-manifests-format

What did you see instead? Under which circumstances?

I was taking to the overview of the page which is confusing. https://sdk.operatorframework.io/docs/olm-integration/generation#overview
