Add RBAC configuration to the Ansible tutorial

With an RBAC related failure, The logs are helpful, but without context in the tutorial, it's confusing to new operator authors. IMO the log output for failure could be included too?

• is this documented well in Helm, Go, Kubebuilder?
• is this an opportunity to link to their docs?
