Just improve msg by adding a link with a further explanation in order to help the users.

#1732 - Just improve the msg in order to by adding the link for the docs in order to help the users with.

I'm waiting for a operator-framework or openshift member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line.
