Hello LiveHelperChat team. I've installed version 4.29v, and I need to set up a Bot. These are the steps: 1.- Go to Settings -> System Configuration -> Live Help Configuration -> Bot Constructor. At this point, if I test the bot from the end-user perspective, the responses are working ok. As expected and as written on the documentation: https://doc.livehelperchat.com/docs/how-to-use-bot But when I change the screen or navigate away from the bot constructor page, all the settings are wiped out when returning to the bot constructor configuration. Nothing was saved. I tried to apply the solution found in issue #2024 - Settings changes won't save. But it did not solve the issue and broke the service. Questions:

Thanks for your support. You are correct. I thought something was wrong because when opening a previously configured bot, the right column is empty, with only a prompt "Choose a trigger." I assumed that at least the first (and perhaps only) trigger would be already selected with the right column, the responses, visible to the user, showing that the saved settings are present. I could root out any errors by looking at the audit log. To reiterate, there is no error. The system is working as expected. |
