The experience for viewing code or diffs and leaving review comments could be improved for long lines. For example, a project might choose to not use line wrapping to a fixed col count but only use linebreaks between paragraphs.

• GitHub UI's soft wrapping doesn't indent wrapped lines. (This is fixable by GitHub with CSS.)
• GitHub code review: it's hard to comment on a specific part of a paragraph when the paragraph is all on a single line. This could be improved by allowing comments on a range of characters/selection instead of one or more whole lines.
