Reclaiming my copilot credits

I will not comment on the scarcity of AI credits that are always burned in 2 weeks with a lot of restraint, but on top of that, github copilot cloud is just a mess (always complain about not being on the correct branch (master) when explicitly instructed to work on or from the correct branch), and it just spawn a dev environment, burned 20% of my monthly credits and then said 'I had a network problem during push (the next session didn't even understand what it was), and I could not push my work, and now it's all gone'. (Then the next session to redo the work took 15% more credits and still going)

this is UNACCEPTABLE.

Please let me know how to reclaim my credits, since we went from the pay as you go/credit system, copilot is simply not worth it anymore and I'm frankly on my last rope with it

You can submit a ticket to get your money back/replace the tokens. It might take weeks to get a response though (I'm at 4 weeks without a response on a account suspension after a leaked token), but supposedly they are ok about response times to some billing issues (although some users report months of waiting on those too). I guess all the more reason to drop the copilot subscription in the future and switch to a different service
