Hi everyone,

After aplying i received an email to reapply. I made the changes and i can't even reapply, and it seems it is stuck in this pending process.

This is likely a backend glitch.
To resolve this, wait for the dashboard to completely clear out the pending status

Or what you could do is
Raise a ticket with github support to manually reset the application state
