Hi, Since you've already tried the sales contact form, support ticket, previous billing contact, and LinkedIn, I think the best next step would be to get this escalated through GitHub's enterprise support channels. A couple of things worth trying:
You can also check GitHub Enterprise Server licensing documentation for information regarding license management. Hopefully, someone from GitHub can help get this resolved quickly, especially since it's already affecting your development environment. |

Hello GitHub Community,
I'm reaching out because we're having significant difficulties renewing our GitHub Enterprise Server license, and I'm hoping someone here can help point us in the right direction.
Our GitHub Enterprise Server license for 4 users has already expired, and our instance is now inaccessible, impacting our OpenShift Dev Spaces integration testing.
Over the past few weeks, I've attempted to contact GitHub through multiple channels:
Unfortunately, we haven't received a response or been able to identify someone who can assist with the renewal.
We're simply trying to obtain a quotation for a one-year renewal so that we can proceed with our internal purchase order process and restore access to our instance.
Does anyone know how to reach the GitHub Enterprise Renewals team or escalate an expired license issue?
Any guidance or help connecting us with the appropriate team would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
