Hello GitHub Copilot Team,

I'm experiencing an unresolved issue with my paid GitHub Copilot subscription.

I submitted a support ticket approximately a month ago, but I have not received a meaningful response or resolution.

My primary goal is to restore Copilot functionality and continue using the service I am paying for.

The regular support channel has not been effective, so I'm reaching out here in the hope that someone from the Copilot product team can help identify the issue or direct it to the appropriate team.

Environment: VS Code & GitHub.com

Could a GitHub staff member please advise on the next steps or help route this issue to the appropriate team?
