Hello GitHub Community,

I need urgent assistance recovering work from an unresponsive GitHub Copilot Cloud Agent session.

Issue:

• The session has been unresponsive for more than 7 hours.
• Eight modified files remain visible (+377 additions, -1 deletion).
• The agent does not respond to follow-up instructions.
• Creating a pull request remains stuck.
• The work has not been confirmed as committed or pushed.

Troubleshooting already attempted:

• Browser refresh
• Sign out and sign in
• Reopening the original session
• Accessing the session through GitHub Mobile
• Sending additional instructions
• Attempting to create a pull request

None resolved the problem.

Recovery request:

1. Is there a supported way to export or recover the eight uncommitted files?
2. Can the existing cloud workspace be restored without losing its changes?
3. How can this issue be escalated privately to GitHub Support?

The session is still accessible, and its changes are visible.

Please help me preserve the existing work without resetting or deleting the session.
