Issue: newrelic/infrastructure-bundle#97 (Renovate Dependency Dashboard, 13 task-list items, body about 8.3 KB)
Expected: clicking a checkbox saves the change to the issue body.
Actual: the first click does nothing visible; the second click ticks the box on screen, but after a refresh it is unticked. This happens for every checkbox in the issue, in a normal and an incognito window. Other repositories work. The user has admin/push permission, and the issue is open and not locked.
Evidence: the issue's updated_at and edit history do not change after the clicks. The source body has 13 task items and the rendered HTML has 13 checkboxes, in the same order. Editing the body by hand (Edit, change - [ ] to - [x], save) works: edits at 2026-11-04 08:27:32Z and 08:31:25Z were saved, and the Renovate bot rewrote the body 32 seconds after each.
Request: please investigate why the task-list update is rejected for this issue, and what the failing request returns. Browser, version: Google chrome, Version 153.0.8010.36 (Official Build) (arm64)
