i have been created the ticket and haven't answer in 2 weeks now to recover my suspend account

Yeah, that seems to be typical. Been 4.5 weeks since I submitted my ticket and haven't heard back. Nothing to do except wait.

Account suspensions can only be reviewed and resolved directly by the internal GitHub Support team; community forum moderators and members do not have access to account management tools or private backend tickets.

Since you already submitted a support ticket 2 weeks ago, here is what you should do to follow up without slowing down your request:

1. Reply to Your Original Ticket Email (Do NOT Open a New Ticket)

Opening duplicate support tickets creates multiple queues and can delay the review process.

• Locate the original confirmation email you received from GitHub Support when you submitted your ticket (check your Spam/Junk folder as well).
• Reply directly to that email thread to request a polite update on your ticket status.

2. Check Ticket Status on the Support Portal

If you can still access the https://support.github.com, sign in or navigate to your ticket history to confirm that your case status is listed as Open or Pending Review rather than closed.

3. Verify Account Appeals Path

If your account was suspended due to automated security triggers or terms violations, ensure your ticket was submitted under the correct channel via the https://support.github.com/contact/reinstatement.

Note on Response Times

Account restoration tickets undergo manual compliance reviews, which can take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks during high queue volumes. Replying to your existing confirmation email remains the best and only official channel to bump your pending ticket.

Your time window seems incorrect. I've been waiting 4.5 weeks already without hearing a response. I understand manual compliance reviews delay things, but 2-4 weeks appears to be incorrect for the time required to resolve issues.
