Referencing an issue fron an edited comment should pick latest comment content

Problem:

1. Comment on an existing issue on github.com public or private repository
2. Edit this comment (place a new line at the top of this comment)
3. Follow this guide to create an issue from a comment. Do not create an issue just stop when the popup comes up to create an issue.
4. You will notice that the issue popup contains actual text from the first comment and not the edited text.

Expected:
The popup should always use text from the current state of the comment and not from the first state obtained when issue data was obtained by the browser.

Work Around:
If you refresh the page and then follow the guide (step 3) then you will not encounter this issue.
