Documentation updates

I quite often see that documentation is held in github or in version control and changes can be submitted through that route. I wanted to submit a PR for a documentation change but couldn't so I'm here instead.

I'm just setting up Firefly 3 for the first time (in docker) to have a look (thank you) and as usual I used a password manager to create my passwords/env passwords etc.

My password manager happened to still have symbols enabled and the password that went in to the .env file contained a $ symbol which, as I'm sure you know is bad mojo. It might be worth stating on the documentation page not to include special characters in the .env files.

I think, but I don't know, that the docs (https://docs.firefly-iii.org) aren't hosted in github ? when they are there is normally the option to fork the docs, make a change and submit a PR ?

Every page has a little edit button in the top corner. It points to this repository: https://github.com/firefly-iii/docs/tree/main

Once merged PRs are live in about a minute.
