[FEAT] Label / Tags for Resources/Sites/Domains

Feature request

It would be cool, if we could label/tag my resources/sites/domains and then using that feature to filter through them.

For example if I want to filter for a specific topic.

I came to request this. Some sort of ability to tag and filter by those tags, also the ability to filter by site like mentioned in #1826

For those of us with longer-running setups that have caught the bug with multiple servers / vps / etc all doing random things and potentially having the same resource living in multiple places (with different domains too) this would be quite helpful.

Initially I was thinking folder sorting, but the tags system would be better.
