Different Options for different librarys

Basically Title.
I find, that it would be a great idea, to separate the server side skipping behaviour for Movies and Shows.
Skipping Outros for shows makes sense, while for Movies it sometimes doesn't.

I have a feeling this is related to the recent Discord discussion, but to recap what was said there -

The server-side skip not respecting the library options is not intentional. Actually, it is the result of the server-side features not being maintained. Generally, server-side skipping is not recommended.
