This release makes Windows installation and background service startup reliable. The Local API now locates its authentication token correctly on Windows, and service installation verifies that the registered scheduled task matches the generated configuration. The daemon runs without opening an empty terminal window. If startup fails, OriginRouter stops the task and its daemon process tree, reports the failure, and allows a clean retry.

Service reinstall, stop, and uninstall clean up managed processes without touching unrelated Node processes; Windows automatically requests elevation for registration or removal when needed. After a CLI update, OriginRouter rebuilds the service configuration from the newly installed version, preserving whether the service was running. The Windows installer now runs unattended setup correctly, cleans up timed-out child processes, and shows a final five-part verification result. Running the installer again refreshes the existing installation.

Validation: macOS regression suite and Windows PowerShell 5.1 integration checks; clean removal and installation from the 0.4.5 package; repeat installation; service failure and retry cleanup; non-admin task registration through UAC; all five setup checks passing on Windows 11, and reboot validation with automatic daemon startup and no empty terminal window.
