• CHANGELOG: corrected the 0.3.35 delivery status from candidate to published (tagged v0.3.35, npm registry latest).
• docs: added docs/plan/evidence/v0.3.36/status-audit.md — a three-version (0.3.33–0.3.35) delivery-status audit cross-checking git tags, registry versions and the latest dist-tag, plus the v0.3.35 release facts (PR #291, merge cfbb4e2, tag v0.3.35, registry latest=0.3.35).
• Version bump to 0.3.36 across package.json, npm-shrinkwrap.json, CHANGELOG.md, README.md, README.zh-CN.md.
