Nashi 0.7.13 adds HTML to PDF conversion and a French interface. PDF tools now respect each page's visible area, and many editing, media and file-handling issues are fixed.

• Windows: Nashi.exe and its windows now use the pear icon, and Show in Explorer selects the file. Photo blur is as strong as on macOS, so redacted text stays hidden. Media tools already on PATH are reused, and unreadable settings no longer crash the app. Web media downloads handle incomplete metadata, broken Instagram thumbnails and unquoted HTML media links.
• Documents and media: HTML files convert to PDF offline. PDF exports, OCR, QR scanning, Organize thumbnails and compression use only the visible crop area. Cancelling a PDF compress, PDF split or image compress no longer leaves partial files behind. Video redaction covers every selected pixel and accepts thin areas. Subtitle exports keep special characters and direction marks, and splitting by interval no longer leaves a tiny clip at the end. Crop, range handles and thin annotations behave correctly at small sizes.
• Files and safety: tar.gz outputs get clean names, and moves, exports and extractions no longer collide with broken links. Library history survives moves and damaged records, and search ignores extra spaces. Archive extraction never launches outside decompressors, and XMP and EPUB parsing is stricter. Tool setup installs only verified binaries and shows up-to-date status messages.

• Documents and media: the PDF document tools work correctly on Windows, editor page ranges and rotation are applied as selected, files in legacy text encodings open correctly, and audio normalization keeps the right sample rate.
• Language: interface text now comes from shared localization catalogs, and the Windows Turkish UI copy has been corrected.

• Windows: mouse wheel scrolling works again, Home clicks, selection removal and conversion behave correctly, the editors no longer crash and reset their state cleanly, drags are detected with swapped mouse buttons, and the tray icon comes back after Explorer restarts.
• Language: Home stays in the selected language on Windows, the Mac Home drop zone is translated into Turkish, product and key names keep their Latin capitals in Turkish upper case, and startup errors stay localized.
• Archive entries are checked against their link boundaries before they are written, solid redaction previews are fully opaque, and numeric inputs are validated consistently.

Float is now a compact file stack on macOS and Windows.

• A small thumbnail stack with a paperclip grip opens into a slim vertical shelf on hover or click.
• Drag the artwork to carry every file, or the paperclip to move Float. Drop more files onto either state.
• Escape clears selection before folding. Preview, icon/list views and screen-edge attachment remain available; the top edge leaves a small visible tab.
• English/Turkish labels, light/dark surfaces and restrained transitions follow app preferences.
• Removing references or closing Float leaves originals unchanged.

Validated with macOS native Float replay and Computer Use file-drop checks, and two Windows native passes covering hover, file drag/drop, clipboard, Library and previews.

Nashi now guides new users through Media and Office setup on Mac and Windows.

• First launch offers the missing tools, including after skipping the Mac welcome tour or opening a Windows app that started in the background.
• Download missing tools installs both groups in sequence. Existing tools are detected and kept.
• Cancelled or failed setup retains completed groups and retries only what is missing. Incomplete installations can be repaired without removing folders.
• Home shows Finish setup until both groups are available, then Tools ready. The setup UI supports English and Turkish.
• Native image/PDF features remain available while setup is unfinished.

Nashi 0.7.7

Adds English / Türkçe under Settings → General → Language on Mac and Windows. The selection is saved and updates Nashi views immediately; no restart is required and open editor drafts are preserved. Existing installations retain English until a language is chosen.

Home, Library, Settings, tool and action names, window arrangement, editor controls and progress/completion UI share the Turkish catalog. Library search also recognizes translated tool names. File names, pasted/document contents, format identifiers and shortcut keys stay unchanged. Native platform dialogs and third-party playback controls follow their operating system.

The Mac sidebar is wider so long Turkish labels stay on one line. Signed public update feeds are included for both desktops.

Nashi 0.7.6

Adds Maximize to the Window Arrangement wheel on macOS and Windows. Drag a window with Shift or Command on Mac, or Shift or Alt on Windows, move over Maximize, and release to fill the usable desktop. The menu bar, Dock and taskbar remain accessible.

The wheel now offers eight layouts. Existing third, half and two-third arrangements, target previews, resize gestures and Escape cancellation remain available.

Verified with native Mac drag fixtures and Windows desktop gesture checks, including minimum-width windows. Signed public update feeds are included for both platforms.

Mac and Windows now share the 45-format, 27-tool catalog and the same Home, Library, paste, preview and Float workflows, with native platform keyboard conventions.

• Arrange dragged windows into thirds, halves or two-thirds. App minimum widths retain the selected left/center/right anchor; native placement waits for the target app to finish resizing.
• Improve centered wheel captions, crop/annotation, trim handles, precise media shortcuts and processed previews.
• Restore full-size clipboard image imports, Unicode text imports and Library search/reuse across both platforms.
• Replace Windows PDF preview rendering with pinned CPU PDFium, retaining form appearances and avoiding the Windows.Data.Pdf/D3D shutdown failure.
• Keep progress/result notices borderless, use measurable progress or an indeterminate state, and fade success after three seconds.
• Signed public updates require no GitHub token. Both Mac and Windows are 0.7.5; the Mac feed advances to build 36. Library and clipboard imports remain outside the app folder.

Nashi 0.7.4 — Windows Library, paste and shared Mac design

Windows 0.7.4 brings the Mac pear artwork, file garden, rounded cards, gold actions and light/dark palette to the native Windows app. Home now uses a compact Download a link card and a separate download window.

Library keeps the last 50 exports and clipboard imports outside the portable app folder. Search by file or tool, reuse available files and reveal them in Explorer. Ctrl+V imports copied files, Unicode text as UTF-8 TXT, or an image as lossless PNG; normal paste inside text fields is preserved. Ctrl+1/2 switches Home/Library, Ctrl+F searches, and Ctrl+Shift+D opens a copied download link.

The tools wheel supports arrows, Tab, Enter and Escape. Crop supports mouse selection, Shift aspect lock and Enter. Trim supports Space, one-second arrow seeking and I/O range marks. This release also fixes stale input focus, doubled text-field padding, stretched footer buttons, dark-mode scrollbars, frozen preview time labels and controls remaining disabled after a cancelled update. Progress and success cards remain borderless.

Verified with native Windows keyboard/mouse and OS clipboard checks, Library restart/persistence checks, WPF appearance captures, real image/PDF/ZIP operations and FFmpeg exports. Update archives are verified with the pinned Ed25519 key; public updates need no GitHub account or token.
