Run orthacms migrate after upgrading. All three are additive:

• activity: 0002_subject_label — a subject_label column, backfilled
• workspaces: 0003_workspace_archived_at — an archived_at column, backfilled from updated_at
• protection: 0004_review_approvals_by_user — an index for Recently approved
