  • First published 1.x release: 1.0.0 was tagged but never published, so 1.0.1 opens the supported 1.x line, and a breaking change to it requires a new major release.
  • Since 0.3.17 the published customer surface is unchanged: no export, CLI flag or package entry point was added, removed or renamed.
  • Updates work end to end on Windows, macOS and Linux: the updater installs release-signed portable assets, and a failed promotion leaves the complete current install in place.
  • The Linux x64 coding runtime is qualified, and its sidecar reaches the network only through the gateway boundary.
  • The Coding Workbench goes from an issue to a pull request in one governed run, with one pull-request description shared by the run and the repository.
  • An approved governed changeset edit now lands instead of expiring 30 seconds into the operator's decision.
  • Windows setup uses a native bootstrap in place of the IExpress companion, and the setup executable's digest is bound into the published manifest.
  • The activity log records every git process outcome without bodies, so a failed delivery can be reconstructed from the log alone.
  • Grounded retrieval is bounded, canonical workspace roots are hardened, and large workspaces no longer hit a quadratic fallback.
  • Security: Next.js and eslint-config-next are on 16.3.4, which carries the fixes for two critical advisories, and pdfjs-dist resolves to 6.3.289.
  • Portable downloads ship as an immutable GitHub release, each archive with build provenance and a CycloneDX SBOM attestation.
