• Portable update handoff and recovery use the same canonical state directory even when UI data is nested or configured separately.
• The update retains the existing workspace and keys outside the replaceable application bundle and introduces no customer database schema migration.
• macOS continues to use the native application lifecycle without Apple Developer membership or Endpoint Security activation; authenticated release trust and process-ownership checks remain enforced.
• Published 1.2.6 and earlier source updaters need the verified one-time bootstrap before using the corrected automatic handoff. Back up local state and preserve private keys when replacing the application bundle.
• Reviewed dependency and pinned CI Action updates are consolidated. TypeScript API/UI lanes, PDF.js 6.3.289 and axe-core 4.12.1 retain the owner-approved compatibility and license baselines.
• Two consecutive isolated full-product macOS updates retain synthetic state and keys and stop normally. Published-release SSD acceptance and native installed Windows/Linux cycles are recorded separately and are not claimed by that fixture.
