Keiko 1.3.2 Release Notes

High · Fixes

  • Live streams no longer end because a message is large. Chat, task timelines and the other live feeds queue a large frame and wait for the browser to read it, and only a browser that reads nothing for 30 seconds is disconnected. Before, any frame of 64 KiB or more could close the stream.
  • The Coding Workbench accepts code changes of up to 8 MiB per changeset and 64 MiB per run, and the model is told the same limits.
  • A Git diff above the size limit opens as a bounded, truncated view instead of failing with an error.
  • The raw Git diff view of your own repository keeps hunks that cannot be parsed readable and shows a cut diff as a complete patch. Keys, token shapes, configured secrets and private literals stay masked.
  • A local model that is busy answering another request, such as a single-slot server, stays selectable in the Coding Workbench instead of being reported as not ready.
  • Credentials shaped like a JSON Web Token are now removed everywhere the credential floor applies, and the bundled search tool runs only after its checksum has been verified; Keiko never downloads or runs a different one.
  • Coding runs are steadier: a model answer that stops mid tool call is repaired once, runs left over from an interrupted session are cleaned up at startup, history reads load the newest window, and the task timeline follows the newest entry, reconnects with a notice and labels its tools.
  • keiko start reports a healthy instance that is already running on another port instead of starting a second one.
  • Updating from 1.3.0 or 1.3.1 needs no action. An installation on 1.2.6 or earlier still runs the verified updater bootstrap once before automatic updates.

Normal · Update Notes

  • Download Keiko for Windows x64, Linux x64, macOS arm64, and macOS x64 and start from the bundled launcher; npm remains available for developer and compatibility workflows.
