Nested named tuples in NamedTupleShape and NamedTupleDist (#93, thanks @tdixon97): a NamedTupleDist can contain named tuples of distributions. Nested values follow the value type of their nested shape (a NamedTuple by default, a ShapedAsNT view for shapes built with NamedTupleShape(ShapedAsNT, ...)), nested accessors support getindex, view and setindex!, nested columns of a ShapedAsNTArray are ShapedAsNTArrays themselves, and the ChainRules, Zygote and Mooncake rules cover nested values.

Also: mean, var and mode of an unshaped NamedTupleDist keep the number types of their components (mode previously always returned Float64), shape(undef) and Tables.schema honor ShapedAsNT value types, and similar of a ShapedAsNTArray over plain vector storage is fixed.
