Windows support #76
Description
Not going to priorize pushing on windows support right now, but before I punt logging here the status:
- node v0.10 builds work, but tests fail. Because of mocha but the test failures are not showing up...
- tried node v4 (to try to get test failures to show up) but hit Support for latest node 4.x / 5.x mapbox/node-cpp11#26
- New Appveyor Scripts with publishing support #55 never landed - basically when we return to this we'll want to update the appveyor scripts will all the learning from node-mapnik/node-sqlite3
