It seems there's no anwer yet to the question of a more formal release letter allowing Openstreetmap to use the data for tracing. |

Adds "hot" overlay for Strava running, cycling, winter sports and water sports.
The "hot" layer provides more detail than "bluered" in the areas I have checked.
Proposing "default" tag for running, cycling and winter.

Tile size is 512, which provides better detail for tracing. But how to to specify that? #522
