1.3.1 (2026-08-19)

Summary

Version 1.3.1 fixes a TUI stability issue where the live cache hit rate indicator and the vvoc branding footer rendered label text in a way that OpenTUI rejected, which could crash the OpenCode terminal interface. Labels are now wrapped in proper text elements, and theme colors are converted to a reliable hex format that OpenTUI parses consistently. Regression tests were added with real OpenTUI rendering to prevent this class of crash from returning.
