Summary

This release fixes the peak-hours plugin so its default soft mode no longer injects a cost notice into the system prompt. Previously, requests made during configured peak windows had a soft notice appended to the system prompt to warn about elevated pricing; now soft mode is fully pass-through so the plugin never mutates messages or their system prompts. Users still see the persistent orange TUI banner with the peak window, elevated-pricing warning, and off-peak provider suggestions, and the hard-block behavior that rejects peak-hour requests with a clear error remains unchanged. The result keeps system prompts clean and untouched during peak hours while keeping peak-cost awareness visible in the interface.
