2.3.0-rc.5 (2026-10-04)

Summary

This release adds editable Telegram tool status lines, so each tool call now appears as a single message that updates in place as it progresses from a start state through its key argument to a success or failure outcome, instead of posting a separate message per call; this keeps long Telegram sessions cleaner and less noisy. The change also caps editable status lines with a FIFO half-trim and falls back to sending a fresh line if an in-place edit fails, and it folds the status-line capability into the TelegramDelivery module export so the delivery surface accurately advertises the new behavior.
