This is a lightly modified source tree of MSPDebugStack converted to build out-of-the-box for more recent Linux.
The source is from version 3.15.1.1 released 2020-06-12, and it has been tested on Ubuntu 20.04.
The TI-TSPA license allows modified versions of the source to be redistributed.
You will also need mspdebug to go with it.
To flash a device:
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=MSPDebugStack mspdebug tilib "prog firmware.bin"
