Thank you!!! The database at https://github.com/AlmaLinux/osv-database looks pretty reasonable, and we don't need to block this PR on that.

Hi! We've prepared a tool to convert AlmaLinux errata information into shared OSV format. Serving shared format here. Could you review the data files we initialized out repository with? We tried to comply with OSV schema as much as possible, but would be pleased to receive any feedback.
The PR reserves ID tags and ecosystem name that AlmaLinux is aimed to use for OSV database.
