NVIDIA settings after driver updates: Fixed an error that prevented applying or restoring NVIDIA settings after a clean driver installation or driver reset. RenderPilot now recognizes when settings were reset by the driver and safely synchronizes them without conflicts.
Game removal with reset driver settings: Fixed an issue where removing a game from the catalog could fail if its NVIDIA settings were reset by a driver update or changed in NVIDIA Control Panel. Driver settings are now verified beforehand and safely released before any game files or add-ons are touched.
Externally deleted NVIDIA profiles: Fixed an error when removing a game whose NVIDIA profile was already deleted outside RenderPilot.
Catalog data preservation: Startup checks no longer attempt destructive database rebuilds on schema conflicts, ensuring existing catalog data and settings are safely preserved.
