v0.2.0

The stepfunc image of this release is withdrawn. At Step Function I/O's request (#19): the licence of their dnp3 crate forbids distributing it, and the image had it compiled in. Build it locally from this tag; the build fetches the crate from crates.io under that licence: git checkout v0.2.0 && make image-stepfunc VERSION=v0.2.0. The other images are unchanged.
