Added the overlap cutting scheme to avoid breaking LTR candidates at the cutting edges. The default overlapping length is 100 kb on 5 Mb chunks and adjustable by users. This version generally recovers all candidates reported by the original LTRharvest (may missed 1 - 2 candidates) and may report a handful more new candidates due to local optimizations.
